Mudra for calmness and not to get angry

Get a comfortable seating while travelling

Client

I was travelling in a bus, which was more or less full. Somehow, I managed to get a seat. It is three-seated.

However, the problem is that the other two persons were taking more space and I found it difficult to sit comfortably.

I did SPACE MUDRA (tip of thumb touching middle finger on both the hands).

After 10 minutes of doing the Mudra, the driver went over a speed breaker and the whole bus got jolted. We flew in the mid-air for a second and came back to our sitting positions.

Amazingly, now sitting was comfortable for everybody concerned. Nobody was sitting cross-legged and taking up more space.

The Space Mudra has provided space to everybody.

Does doing space Mudra regularly will expand our horizons bringing in more customers, more business and expand our potential?

It means the FIRE element in your partner is more.

If the FIRE element is more in one partner then the other partner has to increase their WATER element. Calmness will prevail in the situation.

You need to keep the little fingers touching the thumb on both the hands.

Preparing oneself for a busy day

Do the following Mudras to get a clear head and prepare oneself for a busy day:

  • CHIN MUDRA brings down the stress level. Do it until tension comes down to zero.
  • MUSTI MUDRA (Aadhi/ Adi Mudra) gives rest and relaxation for the brain.  You have to keep your free fingers facing downwards. while the thumb is under them on both the hands.  Do the Mudra until you feel completely relaxed.

The above can be done as morning pep-up routine for those who are not morning people.

Interlock all the fingers from both the hands, while keeping the left thumb upwards.

If they do this Mudra, it unfolds all the creativity in them and makes the doors open to them. Our ideas can be marketed easily also.

  1. Linga Mudra is also very good for Cervical Spondylosis and Spondylitis.
  2. Some people say, “After marriage I am wasting my time”. Let them be in this Mudra.
  3. For cold and cough, this Mudra is very effective.

Linga Mudra is done for a purpose. Once the purpose is over, stop doing it.

However, who will do it for one or two hours just like that? Only if anyone does that, then Ki and other things will be generated.

Benefits of doing Vayu Mudra

When the air (index) finger is at the base of the thumb, VAYU MUDRA is formed.

When we need to do this Mudra?

When you are panicky, confused and indecisive then you can do this Mudra.

When you are impatient and restless you can do this Vayu Mudra.

It helps even in stammering.

During giddiness you can put this Mudra. When you have VERTIGO or GIDDINESS then be in this Mudra and chant the mantra “OM LAM NAMAHA”

When the Dopamine is reduced, PARKINSON will develop.

Therefore, for those suffering from Parkinson problem, they can be in this Mudra and chant “TOGETHER ADD ADJUST Dopamine”.

This is for HYPER-THYROID also.

For any air problem the space has to be reduced.

If there is any ear pain then place your middle finger at the base of the thumb – Shunya Mudra. For low hearing also this Mudra is useful.

When you travel in the flight, when the plane takes off, you will have an ear problem. This Mudra is very effective at that time.

Wherever you don’t want to participate and be an observer then be in this Mudra and chant “TOGETHER BE DIVINE”, so that you will remain unaffected by outside events.

Acceptance Mudra

Right hand – thumb touching index and middle fingers and left hand touching middle and ring fingers

Chant ‘I trust the process of life” while doing Acceptance Mudra.

Vitality Mudra

Thumb touching the little and ring fingers on both the hands

Mudras can be done for others too. Take a picture of Vitality Mudra. Write the name of the person. The energy will go the person.

Be in the Mudra and chant, “Why do I have enough cash flow?”

Release your congestion

Be in AKASH MUDRA or EGO MUDRA – middle finger touching the tip of the thumb, on both the hands and chant “OM HAM NAMAHA”.

It increases the space in the organs.

If there is congestion in chest means, increasing the space is not enough. It means fluid collection is present. Do FIRE MUDRA followed by SPACE MUDRA.

Any congestion will increase phlegm. Fire will reduce water. It should be filled by space. So do Space Mudra then.

If there is lung congestion in old people and for that matter any person, then check the kidneys. The accumulation of phlegm happens because kidneys are not functioning well. This is not allopathy diagnosis at all.

When the uterus is removed, the possibility of getting affected by tuberculosis or lungs getting affected is very common. However, if the uterus is not removed then do not bother about it. Check the functioning of the kidneys.

If diagnosed with Tuberculosis then the congestion will be always on the upper side of the lungs. In pneumonia it is only on the lower side of the lungs.

When you want to assert yourself in certain situations be in Space Mudra.
