A client of mine, let us call him Robert, wanted to sell his house. The case history is on how forgiveness exercise helped him to sell the house.

If you are about to sell your house, first do the forgiveness exercise for the house as well as on the land the house is built on. Keep them on the left palm and do the ‘I am sorry’ mantra.

When you are about to sell the land do the ‘I am sorry’ mantra for the land and for your own body also.

Robert told me that he is not able to sell his house on Neelankarai – a prime location in Chennai. It’s an independent property valued at a few crores of rupees.

However, he couldn’t find any buyers, even though so many visited the property, giving one reason or other.

He tried many remedies and chanted switch words too. He also kept the black tourmaline in the house. But, nothing seems to work.

Then I told him to do forgiveness exercise for his parents. After doing so, he found a buyer, who gave him some money as advance towards buying the house.

They fixed the date for registering the sale of the house. The very next day, the buyer met with an accident and was admitted in a hospital.

Robert’s friends commented that there could be an issue with the land. So, he took the (healing remedy) spray from me and sprayed it on the house.

In spite, of all these remedial measures, there was no further progress in getting the house sold. To add to the misery, the buyer’s phone was switched off and so he couldn’t be reached.

So Robert concluded that this buyer is also gone. He complained to me why nothing seems to be working for him after all the remedial measures were taken.

I asked him, “Whether something wrong happened at the time of constructing the house. Where there were any disputes while settling the amount with your engineer, mason and others?”

He said yes. It seems he had an issue with his mason and so he didn’t give the final settlement to him.

It is a practice in this side of the world, when there is a house warming session, the house owner has to settle all the bills and give a gift to all the workers – in the form of money or dress.

Robert didn’t follow that custom saying that they had overspent on the construction activities.

Along with writing the prosperity statements, I asked Robert to do the forgiveness exercise for the mason.

Even though 10 years has passed after constructing the house, I told Robert to find the mason and give him the money he owed to him along with some interest amount for the delayed period.

I told him, “If you are ready to pay the mason then do the forgiving exercise. You cannot withhold somebody’s money in the name of principles”.

His heart also got mellowed down after doing the forgiving exercises.

Forgiving exercises without your knowledge will warm-up your heart with love. Love is a flame. It is a winning fire. But that fire, if you touch it is cool.

That’s what happened to Hanuman’s tail. Hanuman appeared cool because of the wishes of Sita, who prayed to Agni Bhagavan. In spite of the fire in his tail, he remained cool. The Agni Bhagavan obliged Sita’s request and didn’t affect Hanuman in any way.

Love is always a soul’s fire in your heart.

He found the mason. See the act of the divine. How well the divinity operates. After so many years, Robert had no choice but to pay to mason.

Whatever money you had to pay from your pocket, has to be paid (one time or other).

It is the divine web that connects all of us. Each and every minute and every second is the grace of the divine. Even a cursory glance of the divine will make everything happen.

When he entered the house of the mason, he found out that some festivity is happening in mason’s house. The mason was organizing a wedding for his daughter. He was in need of money then.

When Robert handed over the money to Mason, the latter was immensely happy because he needed that money desperately and how divine made Robert to give the money in the need of the hour.

Whenever divine wants you to get the money, you will get the money.

When Robert came back home, he received a call from the prospective buyer giving his intention to register the house at the earliest.
