I’m writing this mail for my cousin.

I used to go through your blog and all those switch words and angel numbers explained in that blog used to work for me according to the situation till now. Your blog is very much helpful to public who are suffering from different problems. I really thank you for the support you have provided to the public through your blog.

But now, our family is in great trouble. We are having a warehouse rented for storing spices. Due to heavy rain all those spices are destroyed. The company is saying that they are having a loss of three and half crores and my cousin is responsible for that.

Our family can’t afford this huge money and we are very much desperate sir. We all are fully tensed.

Please find me some mantra or some switch words so that I can chant it for my cousin to help him get rid of this situation and my cousin not to be blamed by the company for the losses caused by natural calamity. We don’t have any other way.

GENTIAN (for being discouraged) and WILLOW (for resentment)

Add LARCH to develop confidence in you to sell

To convince others – especially in selling, VERVAIN

Implement a process change

WALNUT, OAK (he goes in the same path, and so doesn’t look for alternatives) and HORNBEAM

Asking for leave

Asking for leave at the last moment, keep postponing it – because initially “my Boss will say no”

MIMULUS to face the boss

WALNUT for rapport with the boss

CENTAURY to speak your cause assertively

WILLOW: To avoid blaming the boss

No empowerment

My boss will put me in a critical situation giving an impression that why not I do the job myself.

If I do it independently though, she would get upset because I have done the job without consulting her.

WILLOW (blaming) and SCLERANTHUS (for fear of getting confusing instructions)

Getting shouted at

In front of everybody my boss shouts – “I didn’t make any mistake why should I be blamed.”

WILLOW (resentment) and add PINE (for being blamed) and LARCH (losing confidence) CRAB APPLE (what others will think about me)

Not satisfied with her own performance

Even though she has got a very good rating, she is not happy about the job she has done.

Get a promotion and find harmony as well

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.

But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.

I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.

I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.

Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Now, I’m eligible to fill promotion form.

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.

Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.

I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.

Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they  are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.

I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.
