Retired From Government Service
Naran
Ramachandran retired from his government services. He got a sum of five lakhs of rupees towards his final settlement.
Ramachandran was always thinking about his office. I gave him WALNUT (for transition) and HONEYSUCKLE (not to think about the office) separately.
Chandran a friend of Ramachandran asked him to deposit a sum of five lakhs of rupees in a benefit fund, where Chandran is working and he had meet his target.
Ramachandran said yes. He wrote the cheque and asked his friend to collect it in the evening, as the time then is auspicious.
Around 11 am, Ramachandran heard the news that his uncle has passed away. Therefore, he left for Coimbatore.
“Life events happen without asking us. We are always concerned about our children, our environment and us.
However, for divinity, every molecule in this Universe is important. It would have preferred him not to give the cheque.”
He informed Chandran from the bus stand, that he would come back and give the cheque after two days.
Nevertheless, Chandran insisted that he needs it to complete his target ASAP. Ramachandran pleaded his inability to give the cheque.
Ramachandran came back after 3 days, just to realize the closure of the benefit fund due to lack of funds.
He mentioned to me that one of the flowers has stopped him from paying the money and losing it.
I told him, “It is Honey Suckle.”
Before taking any important decisions, take HONEYSUCKLE, for example in the case of letting out our homes or leasing it.

The lower three chakras rule us
We have seven chakras. However, we are acting from the first three chakras, namely BASIC/ROOT CHAKRA, SWADHISTANA CHAKRA and SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA.
“I am seeking myself to maintain myself, seeking pleasure, seeking to possess, stick to confirmed events” would be our ruling behavior as long we live out of these three chakras.
However we should live out of Anahata chakra
Then what I need will never end.
Why my needs are never ending? Because what I get never satisfies me.
ANAHATA CHAKRA (Heart Chakra) is the one that changes these chakras. Only through Anahata chakra we learn to give.
Who will win eventually – all the three lower chakras or one Anahata chakra?
Sadly, success of Anahata chakra is short-lived
Obviously the three chakras will win. But even if Anahata wins how it comes down again? Let us see.
Giving and sharing are the qualities of Anahata. But now and then Solar Plexus calls Anahata, and tells that ‘You are giving liberally. That’s very good’.
The moment it tells like that, ego sets in. When “ego” predominates, giving is denied.
You are not the doer, but the divine is
The quarrel of these four chakras is watched by VISUDHI that is THROAT CHAKRA.
Visudhi means purification. The Visudhi tells the other chakras, you are not the doer, and if you let go the thinking that I am the doer, you will become very good.
When ‘I am not the doer’ thinking comes to you, there will be surrender mentality. All your thoughts will be purified; your love will be refined; then you will accept whatever happens in your life.
Purification of Chakras
Which mantra purifies all these chakras? That is the mantra:
HARE RAMA HARE RAMA
RAMA RAMA HARE HARE
HARE KRISHNA HARE KRISHNA
KRISHNA KRISHNA HARE HARE
Eight times we are chanting HARE, every time you chant the mantra. When you chant HARE, your selfishness will go, and self-centeredness is removed.
When you chant RAMA, arrogance is removed, and the “I” goes off. As long as you are healthy we will not let go the “I”.
“KRU” means adaptability. We can go up and down in life, but wherever we go we have to be happy. For that “KRU” will help.
SHNA means let go of everything daily. Only when you let go you will be adaptable/flexible. If you are flexible means there is no arrogance.

Get a promotion and find harmony as well

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.
But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.
I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.
I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.
Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Write in a paper, “398 SLOW CARE” and keep it under the pillow.
If there is resentment and anger then release that.

I don’t from where last page of notice has appeared in which it is mentioned that for promotion case HTET passing certificate is not required!
Now, I’m eligible to fill promotion form.

In your life, find one positive quality in each and every member of your family, friends, teachers or colleagues.
Think about them chant TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE.
Find a positive quality of anyone whom you criticized or blamed and chant TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE.
Write in a notebook TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily 51 times.
Write TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE in a paper and keep it under the pillow

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.
Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.
I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.
Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.
I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.
Thanks a lot for such beautiful and easy remedies which can heal difficult situations.

I also have an issue, although the article is insightful, when we say that divine is the doer, I am not the doer. It does give a freedom from all the burdens.
But, in this case are we not being deprived of the motive to do something, which comes when we accept that we are totally responsible for the entire situation in which we are.
Would the human being not loose motive to move ahead in life, if he believes that divine is the doer.
I am not, then why should he care if he is doing something right or wrong because then also divine is responsible.
Can you please throw some light on this confusion?
I know I am sounding vague here, but I do loose motive to do something right and become lazy when I remember of this statement.

When one fully accepts the divine doer concept, one aligns with the higher mind – totally submitting oneself to the will of the divine.
When you do the work on hand as given by the divine, you will do reverentially. Your total concentration is on work. Extend this ownership and you will find others as divine.
Work is divine. Doer of the work is divine. Done for what / the result is divine. Done for whom? That person is divine.
There is only love in the heart. There is only joy in the heart. There is only peace in the mind.
