Repair and Renew Skin after Weight Reduction

Please give me some switch words to chant for repairing, renewing and healing the skin like for instance scars and stretch marks.

The reason I ask is that I have lost over 50 pounds and even though I have toned up by exercising, the skin in my abdomen area is kind of loose with stretch marks.

I’ve tried creams, massages but my tummy is still not firm and with excess skin.

This is really affecting my self-esteem and I just want to feel better about myself and I really don’t want to get surgery.

My weight came down

I have been listening to the “WEIGHT LOSS” CD past one week or so regularly. I want to share my experience so far and how I have used it.

I listened to the CD while working for 2 hours, felt lot of things happening in body like – small cramps, some sort of movement within the body.

After the session, I had to go to bathroom at least few times, had loose motions, water and gas. I felt really light after it.

I thought first it might be one time, but whenever I listened to the CD, I felt my body expelled wastage that must have been pent-up. Over the days, the frequency came down and so did my weight.

Not just physically, I feel changes in my way of living as well. I feel more inclined towards exercise and feel less lethargic towards doing it. I restarted my walking and yoga as well.

I did tapping as well whenever I could while listening to the CD. It also felt good.

No motive to do something

I also have an issue, although the article is insightful, when we say that divine is the doer, I am not the doer. It does give a freedom from all the burdens.

But, in this case are we not being deprived of the motive to do something, which comes when we accept that we are totally responsible for the entire situation in which we are.

Would the human being not loose motive to move ahead in life, if he believes that divine is the doer.

I am not, then why should he care if he is doing something right or wrong because then also divine is responsible.

Can you please throw some light on this confusion?

I know I am sounding vague here, but I do loose motive to do something right and become lazy when I remember of this statement.

When one fully accepts the divine doer concept, one aligns with the higher mind – totally submitting oneself to the will of the divine.

When you do the work on hand as given by the divine, you will do reverentially. Your total concentration is on work. Extend this ownership and you will find others as divine.

Work is divine. Doer of the work is divine. Done for what / the result is divine. Done for whom?  That person is divine.

There is only love in the heart. There is only joy in the heart. There is only peace in the mind.
