I am in a great problem. From 1999 my husband’s job is not permanent, one way or the other he has to quit his job.

Now my financial position is very tight since there was no salary for the past four months and he is searching for the job.

Retired From Government Service

Ramachandran retired from his government services. He got a sum of five lakhs of rupees towards his final settlement.

Ramachandran was always thinking about his office. I gave him WALNUT (for transition) and HONEYSUCKLE (not to think about the office) separately. 

Chandran a friend of Ramachandran asked him to deposit a sum of five lakhs of rupees in a benefit fund, where Chandran is working and he had meet his target.

Ramachandran said yes. He wrote the cheque and asked his friend to collect it in the evening, as the time then is auspicious.

Around 11 am, Ramachandran heard the news that his uncle has passed away. Therefore, he left for Coimbatore.

“Life events happen without asking us. We are always concerned about our children, our environment and us.

However, for divinity, every molecule in this Universe is important. It would have preferred him not to give the cheque.”

He informed Chandran from the bus stand, that he would come back and give the cheque after two days.

Nevertheless, Chandran insisted that he needs it to complete his target ASAP.  Ramachandran pleaded his inability to give the cheque.

Ramachandran came back after 3 days, just to realize the closure of the benefit fund due to lack of funds.

He mentioned to me that one of the flowers has stopped him from paying the money and losing it. 

I told him, “It is Honey Suckle.”

Before taking any important decisions, take HONEYSUCKLE, for example in the case of letting out our homes or leasing it.

I am chanting as you say for my relationship. But he is still not talking or feeling as before.

I know love is for giving not for receiving but after losing my 3rd relationship, I have lost my confidence.

This guy again created faith and love in my life but don’t know why suddenly he changed his mind.

I am asked to market a useless product. I don’t know how to convince the customers:

GENTIAN (for being discouraged) and WILLOW (for resentment)

Add LARCH to develop confidence in you to sell

To convince others – especially in selling, VERVAIN

Implement a process change

WALNUT, OAK (he goes in the same path, and so doesn’t look for alternatives) and HORNBEAM

Asking for leave

Asking for leave at the last moment, keep postponing it – because initially “my Boss will say no”

MIMULUS to face the boss

WALNUT for rapport with the boss

CENTAURY to speak your cause assertively

WILLOW: To avoid blaming the boss

No empowerment

My boss will put me in a critical situation giving an impression that why not I do the job myself.

If I do it independently though, she would get upset because I have done the job without consulting her.

WILLOW (blaming) and SCLERANTHUS (for fear of getting confusing instructions)

Getting shouted at

In front of everybody my boss shouts – “I didn’t make any mistake why should I be blamed.”

Even though she has got a very good rating, she is not happy about the job she has done.

Life need not be taxing

Good morning to you – whenever I face any problem I think Naran will help me.

I am facing some block – Salary team has rejected my proofs towards house rent. They are asking for PAN No of Land lord. I am not able to provide as my LL does not have.

As per IT Tax, where there is no PAN no, the LL can give a declaration that they are not assessed for tax. I have given them the same. They have raised an objection.  I have represented. Please let me know what I must chant to see that my representation get accepted or I will be losing about Rs.25, 000.
