Found a Prospective Buyer

We had purchased an independent house for the purpose of investment but unfortunately we didn’t get much rent/returns as we expected.

We have been trying to sell this residential independent house for quite a long time. People come and finalize the deal. After some time, they drop the offer and go away. This has happened two times.

Also, we are finding it difficult to get buyers and to sell off the property.

How to criticize others?

By nature I am very candid and not diplomatic.

Also, I am very open to negative feedback too, when someone is giving me a feedback – at home or at work.

However, at home (mine is a joint family), everyone dislikes me since I am very frank. Although, I am very efficient with house work and do not compromise on my duties.

One of my boss (I have 2 bosses) was very good to me and appreciated my work etc, until a while ago when I was frank in expressing some work-related issue.

Now one boss is still ok, since he knows that I am good at work and I am very frank – that is my nature.

Another boss is all angry with me and at every meeting makes sure that he puts me down or talks negatively when it comes to my work.

Can I chant something please, especially that both my husband and my boss should start appreciating me?

If you want to maintain your candidness, you can get these only.

You do not point out the mistake only. You point out the good points also. If you want to point the mistake then do it with love.

Help is Permanent

When I phoned up Naran, he asked me to chant the mantra “NITHYA SANAADHANA”.

After chanting this continuously, I found I am becoming less and less anxious.

Every time I fall sick, I used to feel afraid on how will I manage similar situations after I get older, when Naran mayn’t be around to give me remedies?

When I told Naran about this, he said the mantra will restore and reinforce our innate trust in the Divine and went on further to explain about The Bhagavad Gita Sloka 24 of Chapter 2, from which the above Switch Words are taken.

Naran

Ten years, before when you met me were you aware that you will need my help to solve your health issues today?

However, god knew that. That’s why he arranged a meeting with me in 2003.

I am only a tool of god. Tomorrow, if you need help again, in my absence, you will find somebody to help you – who again is a tool of god.

Here, the only thing that matters – which is important and permanent, is GOD. He is the NITHYA SANADHANA – he exists permanently.

Lord Krishna uttered these words in the battle field, explaining to Arjuna that our souls are permanent while our lives and the bodies we take are temporary.

So why fear and worry?

Let us say, you are planning to go to Hyderabad next month, and book a flight today. This indicates that you firmly believe and trust – that you will be alive next month. Isn’t it?

Thus, the fear is in one part of us, while trust is in another part. That inborn trust you will get by chanting this mantra.

This mantra heals the fear of flying and fear of closed places.

Think of different ways to spend money

Instead of worrying about sources for money…

Naran

Kannan had 15 lakhs rupees of loan. He didn’t have any sources of income to repay the loan.

He contacted me on telephone. As it would be difficult to explain to him on the phone, on how to do the meditation, “Meeting with Mahalakshmi”, I gave him a simple technique.

  1. Mentally list out today’s expenses, say buying a tea from the local shop
  2. Visualize paying money to the tea shop owner
  3. Likewise, do the same for all the expenses that have to be met out for the day
  4. And don’t worry at all how those expenses can be met – meaning don’t anyway try to figure out how money required for those expenses can be acquired.

Initially, he found it difficult to visualize without worrying about the sources

I convinced him, that divine is the provider of money and somehow, it will provide him with money.

He did the exercise every day for the last 15 days.

Today, he called me and said that somehow he was able to meet out the expenses.

In fact, he has become so convinced about this technique that he is not worried in any sense and he feels a sense of calmness in himself.

Now he is confident, that divine will take care of wiping out his entire loan eventually without cause of any concern to those who gave him money and himself included.

Fear of punishment

A child aged 10 years old, had a meeting with Naran S. Balakumar, regarding a problem that she could not handle by herself.

Naran: What is going on?

Child: I am afraid that my School Principal will punish me, because my friend is accusing me, that I had stolen her money.

Naran: Did you steal the money?

Child: No, I did not.

Naran: Why cannot you convince your principal that you did not steal the money?

Child: No, I will not be able to that. My fear is that tomorrow my Principal will call me during the prayers, in front of all the school students. Then he will punish me, without doing an enquiry.

Naran: What do you want to happen?

Child: This issue should not come up in the prayer meeting.

Naran, S. Balakumar did tapping on her, until she was 100% relieved from her thoughts and fears.

For some reason, the meeting did not take place! This will not be a surprise, if you are an ardent EFT user. Such surprises and unexpected things happen, when you use EFT!!

Your Agenda Vs Divine Agenda

Suri walked into my office with a dejected face. He was worried that he is in trouble, for he hasn’t achieved last month’s sales target due to his own personal commitments.

He is worried that his manager will blast him during their next monthly meeting.

I said his worry is based on his own agenda, while the divine’s agenda might be different, He thinks his manager would question about the dip in sales, while divine mayn’t make the manger raise the topic at all.

Instead of expecting to have problem and keeps on worrying about it, he is overriding the divine agenda and mentally forcing the manager to bring the subject.

So, I asked him to stop thinking about the subject, and prepare his usual monthly report that he normally prepares for the monthly meeting.

I also suggested him to chant the names of the Bach Flower remedies, “ELM, OAK, CHESTNUT BUD”.

I gave Elm and Oak to be ready for any unexpected questions and Chestnut Bud not to repeat the mistake once again.

The monthly meeting happened. His boss never even mentioned about the sale’s target and moved onto other issues.

Let us be silent and allow divine to work its agenda.

Healing Bleeding from the Teeth

Nature Cure

Take 3/4th litres of water. Drink before brushing. If you cannot drink it in one go, then take time to drink it.

Then brush the teeth. You can take coffee or tea after 45 minutes. All the unwanted bacteria in the mouth and the intestines will be washed away.

Brush with fingers both teeth and gums.

Mantra Healing

Chant the mantra OM AUM (like Owl). Place your hands on the jaws and chant.

Place the left hand over the mouth and then the right hand on top of it to handle polarisation of electro-magnetic energy.

Reiki

Following the Quick Reiki approach:

Give Reiki to both jaws.

I am asked to market a useless product. I don’t know how to convince the customers:

GENTIAN (for being discouraged) and WILLOW (for resentment)

Add LARCH to develop confidence in you to sell

To convince others – especially in selling, VERVAIN

Implement a process change

WALNUT, OAK (he goes in the same path, and so doesn’t look for alternatives) and HORNBEAM

Asking for leave

Asking for leave at the last moment, keep postponing it – because initially “my Boss will say no”

MIMULUS to face the boss

WALNUT for rapport with the boss

CENTAURY to speak your cause assertively

WILLOW: To avoid blaming the boss

No empowerment

My boss will put me in a critical situation giving an impression that why not I do the job myself.

If I do it independently though, she would get upset because I have done the job without consulting her.

WILLOW (blaming) and SCLERANTHUS (for fear of getting confusing instructions)

Getting shouted at

In front of everybody my boss shouts – “I didn’t make any mistake why should I be blamed.”

WILLOW (resentment) and add PINE (for being blamed) and LARCH (losing confidence) CRAB APPLE (what others will think about me)

Not satisfied with her own performance

Even though she has got a very good rating, she is not happy about the job she has done.

Pine for being not satisfied with one’s own work

Find a liar

FIND also means unearthing or discover.

Wherever there is lie, we can find it out. If you want to know whether somebody is telling a lie, you can chant the switch word “FIND”.

To discover a dishonest person, before and during the meeting, say when someone comes for seeing a bride, at such times FIND will be useful. You may also chant “FIND, DIVINE ORDER”.

This saying has been resonating in my mind since day one, when I wrote you the first mail seeking healing and you replied. Seeing you in person has just made it a happier occasion – TY TY TY.

If I had the time and opportunity to say it in person, I would tell you how I am feeling today – “Enveloped in a ball of bliss”.

I am so delighted that my smile is just refusing to go away. Though, all the participants have got your equal grace, I feel you have come to Mumbai only for me. Today, it felt all so easy. Finally, I got confidence that I can learn any healing modalities/techniques – so, multiple bonanzas for me.

The joy of meeting you in person, doing the workshop – it is ALL PERFECT.
