Breathing Stops Not the Life

I was listening to the “Circulation Breathing” CD for at least 30 minutes. It runs for 48 minutes.

I wanted to share the experience I felt while listening to the CD.

I was listening to the CD immediately after I woke up in the morning.

As I breathe in and breathe out as per the chanting of the Bija Mantras in the CD, after some time my physical breathing stopped and felt no need to breathe at all.

Of course, I feel like to breathe again.

Naran

No need to fear as after a few minutes you will feel the need to breathe and you can start to breathe again as per the rhythm of the chanting.

Whenever our physical breathing stops, while doing circular breathing our pranic body starts breathing in full.

This will do for us. It will improve our energy level as well.

Divine Peace for Your Country

I wish we all could have a chant to heal the country smooth for political issues and…. surrounding the borders is all enemies. We all Indians pray for quick solution.

Naran

Write the place where you want peace. Do the circle method and write AGRIMONY in between the circles.

Chant AGRIMONY by holding the paper on hand daily for 10 minutes.

Or you can download a picture of AGRIMONY (Bach) flower and paste it on the paper, written with the name of the place.

Agrimony is a peacemaker.

Pray daily “Let India and Indians BE OPEN to the LOVE, BEAUTY and GRACE of the DIVINE PEACE”.

Healing and Happiness Comes to Me in Many Forms

Dear Naran,

Hope you are doing well. I am following your healing techniques, switch words, Lalitham mantras, and bija mantras diligently.

I just wish you to know, that I have a temporary job in Singapore now.

The pay is not so good but “FIND COUNT DIVINE” and “SRINIVASA ARAVINDALOCHANA” has helped me to live in abundance and small amounts of money have trickled through, when I had chanted “FIND COUNT DIVINE”.

For example, one day, I had to shell out on taxi fare, which is too much for my budget. Since, I had no choice, but to spend I started chanting “TOGETHER DIVINE FIND COUNT”.

Immediately, I got a call from a person, who said that he is doing a health-related survey for Singapore government and he will pay me if I allow him to conduct a survey!

It all took about 40 minutes of my time and I was paid for it! I spent for the taxi fare, and the divine heard my pleas through “FIND COUNT…” and compensated for my expenses.

In one of your own blogs, you had mentioned about switch words for job “QUIET CLEAR GO ADD END BRING GIVE TAKE job COUNT NOW DONE” and after chanting, I got this contract job.

I am doing well in my job. FORGIVENESS exercise has mellowed my Boss.

OAK, WALNUT and ELM has helped me to learn new things and also to complete my tasks on time.

Help is pouring from colleagues, because I am totally new to this field and no mistakes are allowed here.

By Divine’s grace, my mental and physical health too has improved.

The mantra “VALLABAM GAJANANAM” has helped me to time manage.

The Bach Flower remedy HORNBEAM has cleared my Monday morning blues.

“RELEASE RESISTANCE TOGETHER DIVINE” has become a family saga! Looks like everyone in the family are aligned with one another and harmonious.

Business is Safe

Vasanth asked his friend to do SAFE and SECURE Mudra to increase his business in his shop for 15-30 minutes a day.

His friend who doesn’t have a clue about Mudras and who was desperate to improve his business did it for a week.

He reported that new customers have started coming and they are giving good business to his departmental store.

Naran

This Mudra improves our connection with Mother earth and activates the Hara Chakra.

When our connection with earth increases our life will become more stable and settled. So do this Mudra before going to sleep for at least 30 minutes a day.

You can also chant, “FIND WHY I sleep very well in the night and get 1000 (fill up whatever you want) rupees in the morning” while doing the Mudra.

The front side of the Hara Chakra (one inch below the navel) represents our physical well-being and giving attitude. The back side of the Hara Chakra represents our emotional side and receiving attitude about life.

Severe Gas Problem

Naran

A client of mine had a severe gas problem.

I asked him to do Apan Mudra (touch the middle and ring fingers with the tip of the thumb on both the hands) – twice a day, for 30 minutes each.

He did for two days and he found a lot of improvement.

What is the reason behind giving this Mudra?

If your water pipe is blocked with air, then the water will not flow properly. In the same way, to remove air (or gas from the body here), there has to be a good air flow.

Apan Mudra enhances your water element (ring finger) and tones the kidney as well.

In addition, you may keep your hands behind your belly button for at least 10 minutes a day.

Found misplaced house key

Today my daughter had come home with her baby. It so happened while playing he misplaced the house key.

Suddenly, I remembered reading in one of your blog about Switch Words “REACH”. I started chanting and within few minutes she found it.

SOHAM Meditation

Naran

Say ‘SO’ during inhale internally and ‘HAM’ for exhale. A mild or soft breath will do.

Use only one speed while doing this rapid breathing, without holding the breath during inhale and exhale.

After 45 minutes of rapid breathing, we don’t need to breathe at all. In that state of no breathing, we merge with the cosmic breath. Then the latter will take over our breathing and take care of it.

Whenever we have a diarrhea or dysentery SOHAM breathing can do the necessary healing. Our pulse rate changes from 74 to 60.

If the breathing is fast, then our focus will be on our breath, mind becomes quiet, and throws away toxins from our system.

Instead of SOHAM (I am that), you may chant NAGAM (I am not) or KOHAM (who am I).

It is better to use a CD that chants SOHAM as then it will be easier for us to maintain the speed of breathing.

Sleep and Relaxation Tonic

In a glass of water, drop three pills of WHITE CHESTNUT, AGRIMONY, CRAB APPLE and WALNUT each. Sip the water after every 10 minutes.

This combination is a good mental relaxant too.

Procedure to do the Mudras

Doing the Mudras

Except for Poorana Mudra, for all other Mudras keep your hands on the lap. For Poorana Mudra, keep them touching the navel.

They have to be performed in the order listed. The duration has to be same for all the mudras.

One has to sit erect, either in a chair or on the ground in a yogic posture of your liking or simply squatting. Idea is to keep your spine erect while doing the Pancha Mudras.

These mudras activate five different types of Prana in our body namely – Prana, Apanan, Vyanan, Udanan & Samanan.

Follow this Breathing Technique

Do all the Pancha Mudras in the order of Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

While doing the Mudra, do Pranayama following the counts:  –

 Inhale: 4, Hold: 1, Exhale: 5 Hold: 2.

This will be considered to be one round. Do 7 rounds of breathing for each Mudra.

It will take totally a maximum of 7 to 9 minutes

Compulsorily do it every day

Give 15 minutes gap after tea and 30 minutes gap after food.

Breathing helps…

Breathing is connected with both Pranic Body as well as Mental Body. The Pranayama heals the Pranic body and makes oxygen available to our bodies.
