One more success story I want to share here.
I read your post and then I went to the verandah. I chanted the Bach flowers’ looking over the sky.
At that time not a single cloud was to be seen and then I came inside. After fifteen minutes, I’m seeing that wind has started blowing and dark clouds have appeared from nowhere.
What I did was I chanted and imagined the sky is covered with Bach flowers names. And after a short-while there was a heavy shower followed by thunder and lightning. The rain was more than expected.
Thank you Naran for giving those Bach flowers name for bringing Rain!
The whole Kolkata received rain just after 15 minutes of just one time chanting the names of the Bach flowers.

Seeing ray of hope

I am facing challenges in my career for the last 4 years – no recognition from my managers/higher authorities.
Could you please recommend a mantra for me to get the due appreciation for my hard work from my current managers?
And though I am trying to find another job in a different company I just face a lot of obstacles and do not get any results from my job hunt.
Suggest a mantra /switch words I can use for attracting the right job where I will be successful and happy?

I am doing the same for last 10 days. Day by day, I am becoming very desperate, frustrated and feeling all alone with stagnation in life. As I am seeing nothing is working for me. I’m doing Reiki as you have suggested in one of your blog for long standing problems.
But still all areas of my life are closed for me and not seeing ray of hope.

Power your life with switch words

I wanted to narrate an interesting episode regarding switch words. There was renovation going on at home and I was using switch words and Mantras with great results.
I was talking about this to a friend who immediately mentioned that he has a problem. He said that he had an agreement with a builder to build some apartments in his land. The construction was completed and he moved in to one of the apartments.
However, there was an additional room, which was to be used as a boutique by his wife. This room was also completed, but for 7 months they were unable to utilise the room as the electricity department had not given the required clearance. The officials were citing the deviation in the original plan as the reason.
They had been really running from pillar to post but they were unable to get the connection even after paying additional money as bribes. Going by how Naran S Balakumar uses switch words I asked him to chant, “FIND DIVINE ELECTRICITY NOW ON”, assuming his wife may not really want to chant.
After this conversation, I was very busy with some work and I completely forgot about this whole episode. An hour later, I saw four missed calls from my friend whom I had spoken to earlier.
I called him and he sounded very excited and said that after I had given the switch words to chant, he had called his wife and asked her to chant the same. Within 20 minutes of chanting there was a call on the landline. It was from the electricity dept!!!!
The officials said that everything was cleared and that they would give the connection the following day. The next day the connection was given.
My friend is still unable to stop talking about it!!!!!!

Now: when it has to be done? It has to be done now.
On: Not to get stuck up in the unwanted situation and move on.

I got a really good new position this month within my company because of the reorganization (but I have not moved to the new position yet). But, today I came to know of my bonus and salary increase for last year’s performance and it was not good.
My previous manager who hired me in my post last year is no longer with the company. She promised salary hike this year as I moved from another department, but never told HR or wrote it in paper. That is the reason; my bonus and salary increase has been affected.
I spoke to my current boss about it and he said he will talk to HR and also to the head of our department to address this issue. I’m praying that they will increase it to what my old boss had promised. Is there any switch words that I can say for it?

This saying has been resonating in my mind since day one, when I wrote you the first mail seeking healing and you replied. Seeing you in person has just made it a happier occasion – TY TY TY.
If I had the time and opportunity to say it in person, I would tell you how I am feeling today – “Enveloped in a ball of bliss”.
I am so delighted that my smile is just refusing to go away. Though, all the participants have got your equal grace, I feel you have come to Mumbai only for me. Today, it felt all so easy. Finally, I got confidence that I can learn any healing modalities/techniques – so, multiple bonanzas for me.

Since, the topics of trees have come up. I want to tell about a certain event.
In my work place, we have a very old and large MALAI VEMBU (Neem) tree below which everyone sits and vehicles are parked.
Last week, the entire tree with its base fell down. It made a crackling noise for some minutes before it fell, giving something like a warning, so that everyone could move out.
Surprisingly there was no vehicle nearby. So everything was safe. All of us thanked the divine tree.
