For the following imaginary life situations do the releasing techniques mentioned in the articles referred above:

  1. Power cut, when you are having your dinner.
  2. When you leave the house to drive to Airport, you realize your car key is missing.
  3. You are a branch manager of a bank; gave a loan believing that the client would submit the document the next day. For the next three days, he didn’t.
  4. You are invited to lecture on a topic. You prepared well and delivered it. After the event, many in the audience said that they knew the stuff already.
  5. Feelings and thoughts about an unreasonable spouse/co-worker/servant
  6. When a cop demands the driving license, you proudly showed it. The cop retorted, “What is this! You are showing an expired license!”
  7. You have ordered for a takeaway. Friends have arrived, but not the dinner. The caterer phone switched off.

Be with your feelings

Naran

Focus on the feeling, with Adi Mudra.

Say, “Yes, there is … (mention the feeling here, for example, a feeling of sadness)”

“I welcome this … (feeling)”. But, can I let go this feeling?

If you get the answer “yes”, then just say, “I let go of this … (feeling)”

Is the feeling is still there? Ask the mind, “Can I let go just 10% of the feeling?” If the answer is yes, then proceed further and let go another 10%.

Still you are unable to come out of stagnation.

Now, observe your thoughts.

Can I release this thought?

If the answer is yes then say, “I release … (thought)”

If the answer is “no”, then ask another question, “Is this thought useful to me?”

“No.” means you need to let go of the thoughts. Release all the thoughts one by one.

Find out which desire is behind the emotions.

Is it the desire to control or change the person or event, or the desire for approval or the desire to feel more secure? Ask the mind again.

If there is desire to control or change ask, “Can I release the desire to control?”

Yes means, “I accept my desire to control but I let go this desire to control”.

Is there any desire for approval? (Desiring for praise, recognition)

If yes means, “I just release this desire for approval.”

Is there any desire to feel more secure? or is there is any fear?

If yes means, “I release this desire to feel more secure; or i release my lack of trust ”

After some time, there will not be any feeling or thought. Peace dawns. Now take the required action.

Simple ways to meditate Part II

How to acquire a good breathing pattern?

  • When you meditate, place the index finger at the base of the thumb on both the hands. Breathing will get deeper and you could meditate properly, as shallow breathing spoils it.
  • Don’t take the index finger straight away move your finger to the base of the thumb. First touch the tip of thumb with the index finger. Then after some time, move the index finger to the middle of the thumb, and finally the base of the thumb.
  • Don’t do it mechanically. Feel the breath with a conscious awareness.
  • Observing your breathing is also a good way to meditate. This is part of meditation known as Vipassana meditation.

Space Meditation

  • After learning to breathe well, do the space meditation.
  • Be aware of the space between the chair you are sitting and the wall. Don’t look at the wall. Instead look at the space between you and the wall.
  • This is known as ‘Space Meditation’. Keep the eyes open throughout.

White chestnut helps to remove our thoughts, Chestnut bud not to have any distractions and Willow if you think one or the other bothers you.

Chant Mantra during Meditation

It’s nature of our mind to cling to something. You can choose a mantra to do that. After sometime you should be able to say goodbye to it. Mantra itself is not divinity. It means constantly thinking about a word, which is a mantra. Ultimately that also should go.

When it will go? We don’t know. May be, it’s not in this Janma.

Simple ways to meditate Part I

Meditation is an experience that nobody can teach you.

Neither can we go to deep into meditation suddenly as it’s a practice and a habit that is formed over a period of time.

Meditation means, to remain silent. Though, thoughts keep appearing.

If any thought is present then it’s not meditation. How to remain thoughtless though?

Remaining silent with releasing techniques

How to remain silent in spite of thoughts?

Mind can cling to picture or a mantra.

Do we have a mantra for silence? There is no mantra for silence.

However, there is a technique to create silence. The technique is as follows:

  • When a thought comes don’t resist it. Say inside you, ‘this is my thought’. Thus, you disassociate yourself from the thought.
  • Then ask the question to yourself, ‘Can I let go this thought?’ It will go. You can also say “release”. Then it will go.
  • Now, there will be at least a one second gap between thoughts. This is equivalent to one hour of meditation. In general, we never have a gap between thoughts. In general we might have ten thoughts in one second.
  • If you do not want the “let go” step, then form your own mantra or word. When we say that mantra, we create a gap between the thoughts.
  • When a thought comes, interrupt it with the mantra and you will become silent. When another thought comes, say the mantra. The silence in between the mantra is meditation.

Need for pranic and physical bodies to be in coordination

Our pranic body and physical body have to be in coordination. Otherwise, we can’t meditate.

If we regulate our breathing pattern or do pranayama then they will be in coordination.

This is because both breathing and prana have the same origin. When breathing is regulated, prana is regulated too.

Pranic body has to be clear of impurities

When the pranic body is clean, then the meditation can be done successfully.

Why so much impurities in the pranic field?

It’s due to the mind. My own sadness and worries create these impurities. With the help of pranayama, one can clean these impurities.

How to improve one’s health?

Physical health is not separate from mental health.

If one can keep oneself stress-free, it will reflect physically also.

How does our worry, tension, or constant thinking of our physical problem affect the body?

Read the role of oxygen in the article mentioned below, in maintaining one’s own health.

Keep yourself mentally healthy. You will keep good health.

If one has a recurring problem, one has to come out of it mentally. Suffering will come down.

Read the stories that give you peace of mind.

How to create affirmations?

Affirm, “Reiki heal the intention for the highest good for everybody concerned”.

Why should we add this sentence to the affirmation? This is surrendering to Reiki, as only on a surrender things will happen. When we believe that Reiki can do it, it will start working.

We need a separate paper for everyone included in the healing. If one person is healed then we don’t have to give Reiki to them.

Though, you can give Reiki for all the affirmations put together.

Or use a Reiki box where you can have multiple papers inside the box and give Reiki to it.

The box will be charged permanently and therefore any papers (stuff) kept inside the box will be energised quickly.

Draw all the symbols.

Need not be in order, for example you can draw Zonar many times before drawing another symbol.

Have the hands over the box or the individual affirmation.

Instead of doing nothing while hands are placed, you may chant the “I am sorry” mantra, which goes like this, “I am sorry. Please forgive Me. Love Thanks Divine”.

Hot to form a (Reiki) Intention?

Write the Intention as though it has already happened and give it Reiki.

Within 10 minutes draw the symbols as many times as possible.

When you place the hands on the paper and affirm, “I am sorry! Please forgive me. Love, Thanks and Divine!”

Once the goal is realized, put the paper in water and tear it or thank it and throw it in the dustbin.

Writing your intentions

You will have multiple desires. What’s your immediate priority? Write that in the paper.

Add to the affirmation, “Reiki heal the intention for the highest good of all concerned”.

Visualize as though it has happened. This will reinforce the intention.

End with the symbol Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen and as this will take the intention to Reiki source. You may also affirm, “I am placing it at the source of Reiki”.

I study and focus on all things that do not come out for exams. The result is when I go to take exams, all the things that I study and prepared well do not come in the exam paper and I do not get very good results.

My family’s deity is Lord Muruga. For this can I chant “LALITHAM SUBRAMANYAM LALITHAM KUMAARAM LALITHAM SHANMUGAM”?

M has the power to go in easily, which I read it from your site only. Hence, this idea has aroused to me. Please clarify.

Your coining is wonderful. I think Lord Muruga is suggesting this through your question.

Whenever we want to have anything for us, we also should think in what way it can be useful for others. Through your coining of words, I am asked by the divine to explain.

Lalitham makes us always secured. Kumaaram protects us like Mother. In other words, when our mother is there beside us, we feel safe; we are confident; we are assured to get what we need (it is not “what we want”).

The one beauty with this combination is that you can chant this at anytime and surrender intending “He knows when to fulfill anything (for me) at the right time”.

Shanmugam is strengthening our link with the Mother Earth.

“GAM” is for steady abundance.

When it is coined with “Sha” your receiving capacity will increase. 

“SUBRAMANYAM” (don’t say Maniam, but say Manyam) acts both on our Manipura and Heart chakras, releasing our ego and replacing it with Love.

When all the three “LALITHAM SUBRAMANYAM LALITHAM KUMAARAM LALITHAM SHANMUGAM” is chanted what will happen?

You will get the feeling that you are the child of God. What else we need in this life?

Healing connection with Paramacharya

Last weekend, I was cleaning my attic.

I happened to find the photograph of Paramacharya Chandrashekarendra Saraswati. It showed his devotees doing Kanaga Abhishekam on him. It is a prayer to seek wealth and welfare.

The photo was kept unclean. So, I felt bad and send Reiki to Paramacharya using the Silver Triangle as a sign of apology and prayer.

I didn’t know what the message is for me here, because I believe strongly that divine gives us messages and guidance through many forms.

So, I simply prayed to Paramacharya, seeking whatever healing required by me, my family, and my patients.

Connection between the lost child and her parents

Only last month, I read an article about him in a Tamil Newspaper.

The story goes like this.

An old couple approached Paramacharya. They were childless and wanted to do something back to the society – either in the form of taking care of expenses of some poor girl (as marriage expenses are taken care of by the brides’ family in this part of the world) or adopt a child.

Therefore, they sought his guidance.

Paramacharya asked them to contact the poor family waiting to meet him outside his abode.

The old couple had a daughter who was about to get married and were looking for some financial help to get their daughter married.

When enquired about their daughter, the daughter’s father told the old couple that they found the girl in a railway station about 15 years back.

What was surprising was that the girl was nothing but the daughter of the old couple themselves. The man is her father and the lady was her step-mother.

It is his daughter from his first marriage.

After, his first wife passed away, he married his current wife. On her insistence, he left the daughter in a railway station that is far away from their home, so that she will be lost from their lives.

And, he never had a child through his second marriage.

The girl was picked up by the poor couple, who were childless themselves and took care of her from then.

How Paramacharya did know this? Nobody knew that fact. But, somehow he connected the abandoned daughter with her legal parents.

Connection with right gynecologist

Kala was about to have her second child. She has major complications and couldn’t find a solution to fix them.

Unfortunately, each doctor she consulted had given her different warnings, which confused her further. So she was worried and said she had to meet me immediately.

The time she came to see me, a couple was waiting for me to consult me for the first time.

When I found out that the lady is gynecologist, I asked her to help Kala. The doctor obliged to see Kala immediately and gave the right consultation that was the need for the hour.

The doctor refused to take any money as she felt that only divine has made her to come to my clinic and meet Kala. I insisted that she take 200 rupees as a token of energy exchange.

However, I told her to keep it with her and not spend it, as I have understood the message from divine – here Paramacharya, that divine is offering to the doctor, a gift of wealth and welfare in the form of 200 rupees.

What is the connection with Reiki past healing and Saints?

Whenever you want to seek the guidance and blessings of Saints and Sages, or Gods for that matter, you put them in the altar in the form of silver triangle and do your prayers by drawing Reiki symbols.

 You will be able to receive their grace and rays of love from them.

While doing the prayer, make an affirmation, “I OPEN to GRACE and RAYS of LIGHT and LOVE of …. (NAME of the SAINT)”

Bring in a feeling of security

Uncleavable, incombustible, it is not liable to be drenched or dried up; eternal, all-pervading, stable and unmoving. It is forever and forever.

No pain (fire) can kill you; no sadness (water) can drown you; no worry (air) can dry you; no event (space and earth) can break you.

Survival fear is always there in our thinking… To feel secured is the desire of every human being.

In life, relationships make us insecure; our working place makes us insecure.

How to bring in the state of security?

For people who are unstable in their profession…

Who have lower back pain…

Who have fear of death for unknown reason…

Who have unknown fear …

And people who are fearful of in-laws …

And for people who feel unstable…

Listen to the Verse 24 of SRIMAD BAGAVAD GITA, or read it 11 times.

Any audio version of this verse can be looped and listened continuously.

You can paste the verse in paper and keep it under the pillow.

This brings back the feeling of security –the original SAT which is forgotten by the mind.
