Anger and worry will reduce the Prana inside us. If Prana is reduced, then your physical vitality will also be reduced.
Within worry, there is fear and sadness. Anger has jealousy, envy, likes and dislikes behind it.
What will increase Prana then?
When you do yoga for example, it will and due to that, it stabilizes the physical stuff.
Prana also can be increased by having certain states of mind.
What are those mental states that increase the Prana and thus our degree of vitality levels?
According to Dr. Mikao Usui – the founder of Reiki, the following principles do that:
- Be honest
You should act with your conscience;
- Be kind to others – express kindness and love to others.
Even if you see a cockroach struggling to get up from its upside down position, you should help it, to regain its position. This single act alone can increase your Pranic energy thousand fold.
- Have an Attitude of Gratitude
For anything good done to us, we have to say thanks; especially for parents we have to keep on say love and thanks as we owe so much to them.
- Also say thanks to others – even to your enemy. He will become your friend then. Don’t have vengeance and hatred. They not only will sustain the enmity but will reduce Prana as well.
Even inanimate things like the house you live in – say thanks to them.
Quite often, we are required to play different roles with respect to the same person. In the process lot of misunderstandings occur due to perception at both ends.
At work, we have a subordinate who is also a friend. This friend does not play his role in the office as required.
In the role of a friend, you try to protect him in various ways besides telling him / her about the problems in a friendly manner.
However, if it is not adhered to, it may go the extreme end that you may even need to terminate him/her. It is a very difficult choice. You are torn between both the roles.
In the earlier days, we could take a very dharmic stand and take decisions.
However, now we are required to play a role negotiating happiness for various people in the name of Professionalism / Management etc and suffer.
At home, we have to act as a Parent, Friend, Teacher, friend to your kids.
Often a role is over played by each of the participant resulting in clashes and misunderstanding. Each forgets that they are over stepping on the other role due to inherent flair for one.
Thus, a parent who is generally has a strong Vasanas of a Teacher in making, preaches more and is not able to know when to cut off and act as a friend.

During the examination, a student makes silly and careless mistakes. Probably due to lack of time, he is writing answers without any thinking.
While going through the question paper, he may find a question, for which he doesn’t know the answer.
He will become restless suddenly and will start writing the exam hastily. So his answers will tend to be wrong.
He may also go into a negative HORNBEAM state. Starting problem leads to mental weariness.
Immediately a crisis of confidence may occur – ELM.
A sudden regression may lead to sudden loss of memory – state of GENTIAN, and nothing seems to be remembered.

Whenever we go to a new place, heal the people who had previously occupied the place.
Either you go to a rented place or to a hotel, heal the stay of the previous occupant. Make it whole and complete. Then only your stay will be fulfilled.
Otherwise, it might have an impact on you. We don’t know who the previous occupant was and what happened to them.
Whenever you sit for dining in a hotel, heal the person who used the table previously before you order for the food.
Or before entering the hotel, you might heal all the people who had taken food there. Do a prayer for them.
In an interview, whoever was interviewed previously, heal their mental states. This way, you don’t need to heal the future as it is taken care of it automatically.
Whenever you join the company, heal the person who was working previously in your place.
When you go to a clinic, heal the patient(s) who had seen the doctor just before you. If a new case comes, heal the previous case.

Five years back you told me that we invite people who mirror us. Specifically you said the people around me are in PINE state (low self-esteem, guilty), because I am in the same state.
Recently I observed, I create a scare in the people around me (MIMULUS). So I chanted MIMULUS and the opposite states (the opposite person who will create Mimulus) of it – HOLLY and VINE.
Immediately, I felt very happy. My question to you is, how did MIMULUS make me happy?
The positive aspect of Mimulus is sympathy. That’s why I suggested Mimulus. The Holly and Vine persons will kindle fear in others. By taking Mimulus, you turn the Holly, loving and sympathetic.
In the same way, when you chanted Mimulus, you become sympathetic to the different parts inside yourself namely, the part of HOLLY and the part of VINE. So, in turn you felt relieved and happy.
Several years back, I suggested you to take Mimulus when you were fearful to buy a property. The same fear is still inside you, which is normal.
Just take MIMULUS for the next few days, to be sympathetic, which comes from higher state of love that believes in co-existence.

My husband lost job and not got one. Some days feel pity and some days I feel why I deserve this while all are happy and I have to suffer. We never indulge in anything negative, yet we suffer.
