Remove the fear attached to body

Naran

The body first gets the fear. Whenever we are sick we first get the fear. Our lesson is to remove the fear. This is the first and foremost lesson.

The Mother (of Pondicherry) has told this in a beautiful fashion.

I will put it in a CD and give it free for all of you. It is in Tamil and even those who do not know Tamil can listen to that, as Tamil is the language of the subconscious mind.

The one statement of the Mother which opened my eyes and thought is, “Ailment is only 10% but the mind makes it big”.

When body is in pain or when body is showing some problem in the system means then it wants more Universal Energy.

The body says “align me to the Divine Path so that I continue to receive the Divine Energy”.

So learning to overcome fear is the most important thing in life.

SOHAM Meditation

Naran

Say ‘SO’ during inhale internally and ‘HAM’ for exhale. A mild or soft breath will do.

Use only one speed while doing this rapid breathing, without holding the breath during inhale and exhale.

After 45 minutes of rapid breathing, we don’t need to breathe at all. In that state of no breathing, we merge with the cosmic breath. Then the latter will take over our breathing and take care of it.

Whenever we have a diarrhea or dysentery SOHAM breathing can do the necessary healing. Our pulse rate changes from 74 to 60.

If the breathing is fast, then our focus will be on our breath, mind becomes quiet, and throws away toxins from our system.

Instead of SOHAM (I am that), you may chant NAGAM (I am not) or KOHAM (who am I).

It is better to use a CD that chants SOHAM as then it will be easier for us to maintain the speed of breathing.

Healing through Pancha Mudra Pranayama Part I

The basis of Pancha Mudra Pranayama…

Pranayama helps us to reduce no of breaths per minute. As Prana should go to all parts of the body, we require Mudras.

Pancha Mudras are…

They are Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

Chin Mudra…

When you do Chin Mudra, the Prana flows downwards. The breath goes to navel and then to legs. It’s good for lower back and for elimination.

Chinmaya Mudra

This activates the Prana – Samanan, which flows from navel to throat upwardly. It is good for digestion.

Adi Mudra

It initiates the Prana called as Udanan, which flows from throat to brain.  Thinking capacity of the person improves.

This Mudra activates the autonomous nervous system. It stimulates the spinal cord and good for the back too.Meru mudraPoorana Mudra

Physical health is not separate from mental health.

If one can keep oneself stress-free, it will reflect physically also.

How does our worry, tension, or constant thinking of our physical problem affect the body?

Read the role of oxygen in the article mentioned below, in maintaining one’s own health.

Keep yourself mentally healthy. You will keep good health.

If one has a recurring problem, one has to come out of it mentally. Suffering will come down.

Eye stye went off

Client

I got stye in my eye due to long working hours in front of computer system and improper sleep.

I went to an eye doctor and she said my eye is infected. She told me that I have to take drops and medicines for one week.

Treating Corn

Extra waste materials in the lymphatic glands and kidneys are put in the feet by the system to be on a safer side.

A rabbit photo can be hung in their bedroom.

Light a white candle.

Facing west direction, chant “TOGETHER DIVINE”

How many days should I do it?

A single day’s practice is not sufficient. It has to be practiced regularly.

Even though we do these things, we should have Divine Grace to get the desired results out of this exercise.

We are not sure when we will get such a Divine Grace, until then we need to keep practicing it.

Can this be done as atonement?

Yes it can be done. It depends on individual’s faith and belief system. Whatever we do we should have 100% faith and belief.

Healing inside the Mother’s Womb

Please do advise me as to what I should do in Pondy (Pondicherry) for furthering my healing. I shall be spending a week in the (Aurobindo) Ashram guest house.

While in Pondy, go to ashram as much as possible.

Mentally:

  • Prostrate to all the plants and trees who were then with the Mother
  • Prostrate to all the plants and trees that are now there in the ashram
  • Prostrate to the cows and people who serve the ashram
  • Prostrate to the earth wherever the Mother walked
  • Prostrate to the chairs and beds where she used to sit and recline
  • Prostrate to every article that she used

And:

  • Give Reiki to the ashram
  • Be in silence and in meditation totally
  • Chant “I AM SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE LOVE THANKS ALIGN WITH DIVINE CENTER”. Say this to every organ, every chakra, every tissue, every system, and every process of the body.
