Be with your feelings

Naran

Focus on the feeling, with Adi Mudra.

Say, “Yes, there is … (mention the feeling here, for example, a feeling of sadness)”

“I welcome this … (feeling)”. But, can I let go this feeling?

If you get the answer “yes”, then just say, “I let go of this … (feeling)”

Is the feeling is still there? Ask the mind, “Can I let go just 10% of the feeling?” If the answer is yes, then proceed further and let go another 10%.

Still you are unable to come out of stagnation.

Now, observe your thoughts.

Can I release this thought?

If the answer is yes then say, “I release … (thought)”

If the answer is “no”, then ask another question, “Is this thought useful to me?”

“No.” means you need to let go of the thoughts. Release all the thoughts one by one.

Find out which desire is behind the emotions.

Is it the desire to control or change the person or event, or the desire for approval or the desire to feel more secure? Ask the mind again.

If there is desire to control or change ask, “Can I release the desire to control?”

Yes means, “I accept my desire to control but I let go this desire to control”.

Is there any desire for approval? (Desiring for praise, recognition)

If yes means, “I just release this desire for approval.”

Is there any desire to feel more secure? or is there is any fear?

If yes means, “I release this desire to feel more secure; or i release my lack of trust ”

After some time, there will not be any feeling or thought. Peace dawns. Now take the required action.

Program Your Life – Part I

Letting GO is the Nature of LIFE

Naran

When you look at the whole world you will understand we only are holding on to mind.

What is the opposite of letting go? “Holding on to” is the opposite word. Holding will restrict us. Letting go expands us.

By letting go you are discharging from yourself what is not required by you, like Water putting out the Fire. Body and Nature Follows this rule 100%.

Watch the body. What it does?

Whatever is inhaled, lungs have to exhale out. Lungs cannot keep the air even for one second.

Heart – what does it do? It takes in blood and sends it out immediately. Blood enters the heart through Auricles and let out through Ventricles.

Whatever you take in, has to be let it out. It is the natural process of the body.

Lungs contract to let go, kidneys contract to let go urine, intestines peristaltically (downward movement) contract to let go the faeces and skin lets go by sweat.

The mouth lets go whatever you eat to the stomach. Stomach lets it go to the intestine. Intestine and kidneys let go as excretion.

Morning lets go to the noon, the noon lets go and becomes afternoon. Afternoon lets go and become the evening, and then evening to night. Each and every second gives way to the next.

Let go before taking the action. Then let go the emotions and thoughts attached to results.

Ask the questions:

  • What do you expect to achieve?
  • What is the driver desire or wanting behind each emotion and thought?
  • Wanting to control or change?
  • Wanting appreciation, recognition? (Desire for Approval)
  • Wanting more security? (fearful)

With this technique, you are not prevented from doing anything. Let go emotions as well as thoughts, and then Act.

“You are only entitled to Act. Don’t think about the result while doing” – says Lord Krishna in Bhagavat Gita.

The theory, we propose here is a new dimension to Bhagavat Gita and a new understanding of the Gita.

Fear of punishment

A child aged 10 years old, had a meeting with Naran S. Balakumar, regarding a problem that she could not handle by herself.

Naran: What is going on?

Child: I am afraid that my School Principal will punish me, because my friend is accusing me, that I had stolen her money.

Naran: Did you steal the money?

Child: No, I did not.

Naran: Why cannot you convince your principal that you did not steal the money?

Child: No, I will not be able to that. My fear is that tomorrow my Principal will call me during the prayers, in front of all the school students. Then he will punish me, without doing an enquiry.

Naran: What do you want to happen?

Child: This issue should not come up in the prayer meeting.

Naran, S. Balakumar did tapping on her, until she was 100% relieved from her thoughts and fears.

Feedback

For some reason, the meeting did not take place! This will not be a surprise, if you are an ardent EFT user. Such surprises and unexpected things happen, when you use EFT!!

How to acquire a good breathing pattern?

  • When you meditate, place the index finger at the base of the thumb on both the hands. Breathing will get deeper and you could meditate properly, as shallow breathing spoils it.
  • Don’t take the index finger straight away move your finger to the base of the thumb. First touch the tip of thumb with the index finger. Then after some time, move the index finger to the middle of the thumb, and finally the base of the thumb.
  • Don’t do it mechanically. Feel the breath with a conscious awareness.
  • Observing your breathing is also a good way to meditate. This is part of meditation known as Vipassana meditation.

Space Meditation

  • After learning to breathe well, do the space meditation.
  • Be aware of the space between the chair you are sitting and the wall. Don’t look at the wall. Instead look at the space between you and the wall.
  • This is known as ‘Space Meditation’. Keep the eyes open throughout.

Bach Flower Remedies as Aids to Meditation

White chestnut helps to remove our thoughts, Chestnut bud not to have any distractions and Willow if you think one or the other bothers you.

Chant Mantra during Meditation

It’s nature of our mind to cling to something. You can choose a mantra to do that. After sometime you should be able to say goodbye to it. Mantra itself is not divinity. It means constantly thinking about a word, which is a mantra. Ultimately that also should go.

When it will go? We don’t know. May be, it’s not in this Janma.

Simple ways to meditate Part I

Meditation is an experience that nobody can teach you.

Neither can we go to deep into meditation suddenly as it’s a practice and a habit that is formed over a period of time.

Meditation means, to remain silent. Though, thoughts keep appearing.

If any thought is present then it’s not meditation. How to remain thoughtless though?

Remaining silent with releasing techniques

How to remain silent in spite of thoughts?

Mind can cling to picture or a mantra.

Do we have a mantra for silence? There is no mantra for silence.

However, there is a technique to create silence. The technique is as follows:

  • When a thought comes don’t resist it. Say inside you, ‘this is my thought’. Thus, you disassociate yourself from the thought.
  • Then ask the question to yourself, ‘Can I let go this thought?’ It will go. You can also say “release”. Then it will go.
  • Now, there will be at least a one second gap between thoughts. This is equivalent to one hour of meditation. In general, we never have a gap between thoughts. In general we might have ten thoughts in one second.
  • If you do not want the “let go” step, then form your own mantra or word. When we say that mantra, we create a gap between the thoughts.
  • When a thought comes, interrupt it with the mantra and you will become silent. When another thought comes, say the mantra. The silence in between the mantra is meditation.

Need for pranic and physical bodies to be in coordination

Our pranic body and physical body have to be in coordination. Otherwise, we can’t meditate.

If we regulate our breathing pattern or do pranayama then they will be in coordination.

This is because both breathing and prana have the same origin. When breathing is regulated, prana is regulated too.

Pranic body has to be clear of impurities

When the pranic body is clean, then the meditation can be done successfully.

Why so much impurities in the pranic field?

It’s due to the mind. My own sadness and worries create these impurities. With the help of pranayama, one can clean these impurities.

I am Helpless and Living In Hell! How can I create my world?

As long as I believe that I and My Mind are one and the same, and accepting whatever mind creates, my life is helpless and hell.

As long as I am not aware that I can RECREATE or REPROGRAM my life, I lose all the power.

Not knowing that I can reprogram my mind and life is ignorance.

Our mind is full of emotions, thoughts, and reactions. As long as they alone make up our mind, we don’t have any choice but to live our lives without any power.

Become POWERFUL

When there is awareness, when we come to know that we are not our mind, a new POWER surges in. 

We will be able to RECREATE our own world to an extent with this little awareness. We can then become POWERFUL and take our lives into our own hands.

Releasing is a self-empowering tool, which changes our outlook about our lives.

What is this technique all about?

It is simply a process of letting go and releasing the emotions and thoughts as and when they arise.

How to implement it?

It is very simple. Whenever we tend to react, just say, “I let go this feeling”.

E.g., “Fear, can you please go? This is not the time for you. For the time being please go out. This is not your place either.”

See what happens. The mind becomes baffled and the emotion flees.

Do not react, but release and act

Reactions destroy our peace of mind. Once our uncontrollable emotions and thoughts are let off, we will find a peace deep inside us.

Releasing is a technique for allowing us to change on the spot.

Releasing allows us to handle any problem by releasing and letting go and thus stops the inner mental struggle.

Reactions intensify the mental struggle. Releasing gives us a new outlook. Reactions repeat the same drama.

Benefits of Healing Throat Chakra

This is the fifth chakra. It is also called as the Communication Chakra.

This chakra is connected with our lungs, larynx and throat. It is our communication channel. It takes care of our communication and determines how we relate to this world.

If I speak with love, then others will speak with love

When we hear good things, it will expand. That’s why Satsang (group of good thinkers) is important.Speak well and hear good things are the messages of this chakra.

Keep silent as when you open your mouth only bad stuff come out. Though, when there is love – thanks to good functioning of Heart Chakra, only good and kind words will come out.

When we talk, more energy is lost. The best way to get energy for the Throat Chakra is to do listening.

Only when we listen, we will know which is divine and which is not. While listening we will know the power of divine. Therefore, ‘listen properly’ is the message from Throat Chakra.

More silence more energy

There is a saying, ‘Mounam Sarvartha Sadhagam’, which means silence is a big tool. In silence, we get more energy. Guru is silent. Through silence we communicate so many things.

To know divinity and to know what to do we have to remain silent. It also means silence in thoughts. There is no point in having continuous thoughts in your head and say “we are practicing silence”.

When I need to communicate then?

While remaining silent if it still creates problems, then if we open our mouth there will be more problems. Communicate appropriately is the message from Throat Chakra.

You told your son one hundred times to study well. Yet he did not listen.

Therefore, your communication has failed to serve its objective, which is to make him understand. If he hasn’t, then why should we keep advising?

Right communication should be preceded by silence. Therefore, practice it!

Your talents will be known to the world

Throat and Hara Chakras are connected.

When our talents are not known to the world then it shows the Throat Chakra is not functioning well.

When you want the world to know about it, give Reiki to the Throat Chakra as well as Hara Chakra (keep one hand in Hara and another in Throat).

Then your talent will be exposed, recognition in office (in outside world) will improve.

To get the right appreciation, give Reiki to your Throat Chakra.

Thanks to throat we will communicate better. Our lives also get better, for all our relationships get spoiled because of miscommunication – in all misunderstandings, we need to balance the Throat Chakra.

Imaginary Fears

The fear group consists of four remedies – Aspen, Mimulus, Red Chestnut and Rock Rose.

Fear of imagination

I am giving this story so that you will learn how to use the flower remedy in a particular situation.

There is a newly married couple.

They went for the customary activity of honeymoon.  They went to Kodaikanal. The girl couldn’t sleep in the hotel room.

She was trying to put on the lights, while her husband was trying to put off them.

She told him that she can’t sleep without the lights on as it was her practice right from childhood.

And that too in the Kodaikanal, which was 6000 feet above the sea level, when she saw the darkness outside, she felt afraid and needed the lights to be on.

However, as her husband is tired, he slept off easily.

When she put off the lights, she heard a whisper in her ears. She got startled – especially by the darkness outside seen through the windows. 

Her fears got increased and her pulse rate became very high. The leaves of the plants grown outside the house looked like ghosts to her.

Again, when she put on the lights, she became normal. Any fear of darkness or fear and worry about ghosts or anything unspecified is ASPEN fear.

It is because in darkness, you always get imaginary fears. All sorts of imagination will happen. 

This combination is the standard one I give for ghost busting.

I give this combination also for any unnatural deaths – either by murder, suicide or accident. Then that place will be a haunted place. Definitely, their energy will be present there.

This combination will help them to evolve into the next stage (of life).

White Chestnut, Walnut, Aspen and Crab Apple combination is a good house cleanser also. Add Mustard also. This is the best combination to remove any spirit from any place.

Once in a week this can be sprayed in the house, as the energy of the house will be highly positive. It will wipe out all thoughts and emotions accumulated in the space.

Even when the business is not flourishing as per the plan, this combination of remedies (put inside a vessel of water) can be sprayed in the business center.

Whenever a healer visits a place, they comment about the positive or negative vibrations present in that place.  If anybody comments about negative vibration, then immediately start chanting Aspen.

If you feel not comfortable about the place or have a premonitory feeling that something bad is going to happen that day, then Aspen is the remedy to address those feelings.

Wherever you couldn’t specify the cause of the fear and say “I don’t know the reason for my fear” – Aspen is the remedy,
