I am not getting my promotion

One person joined a new company.

He worked in the company for one year. He was due for a promotion but he did not get it.

So he thought that this company is not the right company for him. He was contemplating to resign and started searching for a new job.

At that time he developed a back pain. There is no problem in the office, but he is thinking that he is not given promotion.

I asked him the nature of his back pain.

He said that while sitting there is no pain. But while walking or climbing the stairs, he gets a back pain.

Here the body conveys to him, “The place you are sitting is already secured. Why you need to go elsewhere. Why do you want another job? You are already secured”.

I told him that this company is by all means secured.

Now, he has to make a commitment, ‘I will stop searching for a new job’.

If the pain reduces then the diagnosis is correct and he has to continue in this company.

He took the commitment. The pain got healed and he stopped searching for a new job. Till to-day he has been in the same job, for the last 7 years.

REGAINED My Faith

Today, I listened to your SPECIAL MANTRAS CD while travelling to office. I felt immense gratitude in heart while listening to the DIVINE VOICE (I mean it).

There were some SPECIAL changes happening within when I completely concentrated with closed eyes and listened to “VALLABAM GAJAANANAM EKADHANTHAM”

As I had expressed my worry during our session in Mumbai that my entire marriage story/receipts in a file given to the lawyers was lost in mid-March by them.

This shattered my faith in lawyers, who happens to be very good to me and my parents, yet politically smart.

To my surprise, my lawyer calls me today the moment I enter office, when I stop the Mantra CD midway.

He told me that another lawyer has brought the file as he had forgotten the file in his room which they had not SEARCHED. My file was all alone, unhampered, and safe.

I regained my faith in my lawyers and totally BELIEVE NOW that they will get me JUSTICE.

Your mantras worked like wonders

I have decided to move on to High Court with the opinion of my senior. But to go to High Court I need to travel to 2.30 hours morning and evening.

But I want to join the High Court to continue my practice. I want that such a travel won’t affect my work and my health at any cost. I want to devote to my work 100% and want everyone will like my work there.

Besides working, I want to earn to sustain myself so that I won’t depend on anyone for money matters. As it is my start at High Court so they rarely pay to their juniors. I don’t want to depend on my family or anyone during my internship.

So pls help me to overcome this kind of fear and I want to shine like a star at my workplace.

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.

But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.

I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.

I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.

Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.

Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.

I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.

Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they  are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.

I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.

Thanks a lot for such beautiful and easy remedies which can heal difficult situations.

Letting go the unwanted thoughts

Wisdom Within

Chin Mudra is a good Mudra for meditation.

When your mind is not relaxed, start with this Mudra and automatically all the unwanted thoughts that is clogging the mind will go off. That is why this Mudra is called as Chin Mudra or Gyan Mudra.

There is nothing Gyan or wisdom as it is. There is no wisdom available (outside). The Mudra will remove the Agyanam (ignorance) in us. Then wisdom will come automatically.

Whenever unwanted thoughts come to you, be in this Mudra and they will get released.

Winning Presentations

I had to make a presentation to a delegation that came from Europe.  The presentation was an overview and update of our business.  At the end of the meeting / presentation, we were looking for investment from the European / Global division of the visiting company. 

The night before the presentation I spoke to R Mohan and asked him for some tips.  He asked me to draw two sets of concentric circles:

  1. One with my name in the centre and WATER VIOLET, LARCH, GENTIAN and WILD ROSE in the outer circles in that order and
  2. Another one with my name in the centre along with the person I was making the presentation to, date and location and ELM, GORSE and HEATHER in the outer circles in that order.

 I drew these circles on two sheets of paper and took them along with me in to the meeting room.  The meeting started at 10 a.m. and my turn came at around 4 p.m. 

What I observed during the day was that the main person in the visiting team was someone who did not smile through the day and did not really give away any of his emotions / views.  When I started presenting, I suddenly felt very comfortable and at ease and I actually smiled during my presentation.  This, in a way, forced a smile on that person who was tight-lipped and was on guard.  In fact, he said a few words in appreciation of the work we are doing too.
