I have been chanting “Om lrum Namaha” as you suggested in one of the comments.
I was doing it for months now and I’ve been patient. But I’m not seeing any results yet. I’m losing hope too.

I was married for 16 yrs and got 3 girls. Ours is a middle-class family. Mine was a love marriage
Initially, everything was very well. He took good care of me and family but for the past 6 yrs there’s a lot of change in his attitude and behavior.
He yelled at me and kids in front of everyone, treating us very badly.
Last month, he brought one lady home and told us that he’s going to marry her.
My girls and parents launched a police complaint and with the help of a police officer that marriage was stopped.
He did not want to divorce but want to lead a new life with that lady. I told him that I will not agree for that.
After this he stopped coming home and eating from home. He will come as and when he wished but will not eat anything.
He gives money for the home expenses. I want to lead a happy married life with him. I want him to be genuine and truthful to our family.
Recently, he started hatred towards me. Pls help me to change this and lead me a happy life.
Take the flower remedies CHICORY, HOLLY, and ASPEN.
Put each 5 pills in a glass of water and have small sips from that water, every one or two hours, from morning to evening.

Anger and worry will reduce the Prana inside us. If Prana is reduced, then your physical vitality will also be reduced.
Within worry, there is fear and sadness. Anger has jealousy, envy, likes and dislikes behind it.
What will increase Prana then?
When you do yoga for example, it will and due to that, it stabilizes the physical stuff.
Prana also can be increased by having certain states of mind.
What are those mental states that increase the Prana and thus our degree of vitality levels?
According to Dr. Mikao Usui – the founder of Reiki, the following principles do that:
- Be honest
You should act with your conscience;
- Be kind to others – express kindness and love to others.
Even if you see a cockroach struggling to get up from its upside down position, you should help it, to regain its position. This single act alone can increase your Pranic energy thousand fold.
- Have an Attitude of Gratitude
For anything good done to us, we have to say thanks; especially for parents we have to keep on say love and thanks as we owe so much to them.
- Also say thanks to others – even to your enemy. He will become your friend then. Don’t have vengeance and hatred. They not only will sustain the enmity but will reduce Prana as well.
Even inanimate things like the house you live in – say thanks to them.
I was introduced to your remedies by one of my aunts. I have been reading your blog and following very closely. I just want to share my experiences with you after reading your blogs.
I have been using ‘ON’ Switch Word a lot. Like for e.g., I used ‘Happy, smooth and uninterrupted journey ON’ and I chanted it a number of times on an international travel.
I travel very frequently on work and last few journeys have caused a lot of worry and discomfort, but this time the journey was really smooth.
Chanting these switch words actually shifted my mind to not think negative. I was calm and accepted as is.
There was pilot strike going on this time, and I got routed through a different route. Yet, I reached home in time without any trouble.

I had kept the anti-theft card (a picture showing certain combination of Bach Flower Remedies that will prevent theft) inside my bike’s front box.
Twice, I had left the bike in a public park where bikes are stolen on a regular basis. However, nothing happened to it,
Twice, I left the bike with keys on it in a mall. Nobody stole it.
A thief came to our house, ignoring my bike, went inside the apartment, lifted some other bike over a parked car and took it away. Neither had he bothered stealing my bike.
I asked my mechanic whether there is something wrong with my bike. He said he has never seen a bike maintained so well. So there is no need to worry about the resale of my bike.
My question to you is, “Why my bike never gets stolen?”

Whenever I find any overwhelming emotions in the form of anger or hurt, I find saying the switch words, “TOGETHER BOW CONCEDE ADJUST FORGIVE PRAISE THANKS” very useful.
If I simply look at the feeling and say those words, the emotions simply vanish away.
Look at the emotions and say, “I release that part of my mind that is angry. I activate that part of mind that forgives”.
Another example is, “I release that part of me that vomits. I activate that part of mind that stops vomiting”.
You can also do this with whomever you are having problems.
For example, “I release the part which is resisting being harmonious with. I activate the part that brings in harmony, peace and love with so and so”.
This way you can do for any aspect of life. The reason it works is, we have several parts operating– each part taking us in a different direction.
The moment we become aware of it, the healing happens faster.
After employing the technique for a while, one thing I notice however is a sense of fear.
When one skin (emotion) is peeled off, another skin (another emotion) appears. Affirm, “I align the fearing mind with my fearless consciousness”.

Naran says that we come across people with the same problems as we are facing then.
So, we should not worry whether we are providing right solutions to them or not as our solutions apply to them as well.
I want to get the benefits out of the meditation. And at the same time my mind gets distracted.
Will there be any possibility? Or will there be any chance of getting the benefits of meditation, even though there are distractions?
Yes definitely there is a possibility.
All the CDs in the Bach Flower Study Centre are tuned in certain brainwaves.
Whenever a person goes into a deep meditation, or deep meditative level, the brain produces certain waves called Brainwaves.
When you are in deep meditation you go to Alpha, then Theta and then Delta. Normally our distractive mind is in Beta State.
When you listen to the Meditation CD with a headphone, whatever Alpha waves generated will be imposed on your brain.
When those waves are imposed, you will be forced to come out of Beta level and you will be in the silence mode.
In that way, you can silence the rebellious or the resisting mind. That is the only way by which you can do meditation.
The other way is really cumbersome for every time you have to be careful about the mind, because the mind is a great trickster.
You think that you will be able to manage it, for when you just say ‘release’, the thought goes off.
You feel happy then. But the happy state itself is another thought – whether it is happiness, sadness, calmness, worry, anger or love, all of them is a thought.
Every such thought has to be released.
When I phoned up Naran, he asked me to chant the mantra “NITHYA SANAADHANA”.
After chanting this continuously, I found I am becoming less and less anxious.
Every time I fall sick, I used to feel afraid on how will I manage similar situations after I get older, when Naran mayn’t be around to give me remedies?
When I told Naran about this, he said the mantra will restore and reinforce our innate trust in the Divine and went on further to explain about The Bhagavad Gita Sloka 24 of Chapter 2, from which the above Switch Words are taken.
Ten years, before when you met me were you aware that you will need my help to solve your health issues today?
However, god knew that. That’s why he arranged a meeting with me in 2003.
I am only a tool of god. Tomorrow, if you need help again, in my absence, you will find somebody to help you – who again is a tool of god.
Here, the only thing that matters – which is important and permanent, is GOD. He is the NITHYA SANADHANA – he exists permanently.
Lord Krishna uttered these words in the battle field, explaining to Arjuna that our souls are permanent while our lives and the bodies we take are temporary.
So why fear and worry?
Let us say, you are planning to go to Hyderabad next month, and book a flight today. This indicates that you firmly believe and trust – that you will be alive next month. Isn’t it?
Thus, the fear is in one part of us, while trust is in another part. That inborn trust you will get by chanting this mantra.
This mantra heals the fear of flying and fear of closed places.

Sudarsan got himself hurt inside his bathroom. He couldn’t move in anyway. Luckily, he was carrying his mobile with him.
He sent a SMS to Naran, who suggested him to chant “WILD ROSE, WOLF”.
His mobile charge got over. However, he couldn’t get up and charge it, which means he can’t call anybody for help.
So, desperately he chanted the switch words suggested by Naran.
Meanwhile, his uncle and aunty who lived in the same city was wondering why their nephew hasn’t turned up for having breakfast. Usually, he will stay with them during the weekend.
So they drove to his house, found him in dire straits and took him to hospital.
A situation develops which is undesirable but inevitable. In this situation, one resigns to the situation, submits oneself passively, without knowing what to do.
Here Sudarsan couldn’t do anything about his lack of movement. So, the Bach Flower Remedy WILD ROSE was suggested.
