Heal your Frozen Shoulders

UDHARVAM MERUDANDA MUDRA – make a fist by curling all four fingers tightly and extend thumb up, keeping the thumb as straight as possible.
Rest hands on middle of thighs with thumbs pointing away from each other. Right thumb turned towards right side; left thumb turned towards left side.
This Mudra heals frozen shoulders.
If it is on the right shoulder, you can do this Mudra, and chant the mantra “OM HAM KAM NAMAHA”. If it is on the left shoulder then chant “OM HAM CHAM NAMAHA”.
Kam belongs to right shoulder, while Cham belongs to left shoulder. I want to create space in the shoulders. So, I have added the Bija Mantra HAM.
Frozen shoulders mean that you are not able to move. It is jammed and there is no space there. So, to open up the shoulder, be in this Mudra and chant those mantras.
Normally, frozen shoulders happen because of lack of the synovial fluid – dried up synovial fluid. At that time, chant “OM VAM HAM KAM NAMAHA, OM VAM HAM CHAM NAMAHA”.
Vam increases water and Ham increases space.
The joints are made up of space and water. Why there is a problem in the joints?
The air goes into the joints, dries up the water and reduces the space. It is the air element that wears out everything.
Do the Mudra for 30 minutes a day.

Oxygen Mudra
Thumb touching the little and ring fingers on both the hands, while the index finger of the left hand touch the index finger of the right hand and likewise middle finger of left hand touches middle finger of right hand.
Form the Mudra and place your hands on your lap for comfort sake.
This is very effective to prevent cancer. People who have cancer do the Mudra for a minimum of 30 minutes and “OM YAM NAMAHA, OM RUM NAMAHA”
Om Yam Namaha increases excretion of carbon dioxide. Om Rum Namaha will bring in more oxygen to our body.
Om Yam Namaha can be called as a releasing mantra.
The Mudra along with mantra reduces the mucus which is responsible for cancer.
Alkaline Mudra
The cancer patients have to do this Mudra as well as Merudanda Mudra – the alkaline Mudra (while chanting the mantra “PRANAVA ROOPINI, HREENGARA ROOPINI, SACHITAANANDA ROOPINI, SURYA MANDALA VASINI, NITHYAM NAMAMYAHAM”) one after another.
The Oxygen Mudra will expedite excretion of carbon dioxide, while increasing oxygen.
When oxygen’s availability is more, cancer cells cannot thrive. Cancer cells can increase only on lesser oxygen.
Other healing methods are also available. You can use solar energy to heal cancer.
You can also chant the switch words “ADD killer cells”.
You can also chant the switch words “CUT CLEAR OLD undead cells BRING COPY new cells”
I have prepared certain Rudram Mantras in a loop form that can be replayed again and again. It is available in the center.
You can also chant the “SREE RAM JAYA JAYA RAM” mantra. It can repair, rejuvenate and renew new cells. That’s why it works for cancer.
For Cervical Spondylosis or Spondylitis

The Udharvam Merudanda Mudra is very useful for Cervical Spondylosis or Spondylitis.
Make a fist by curling all four fingers tightly and extend thumb up, keeping the thumb as straight as possible. Rest hands on middle of thighs with thumbs pointing away from each other. Right thumb turned towards right side; left thumb turned towards left side.
At that time, chant “PAHAM HIPIENG” or “PAHAM HAPAM”. Slowly turn your head left to right and then right to left, while chanting the mantras.
You also need to take Calcium Mix that that is available in the center.
Getting cold during cold weather
