Release the Enemy Within

Whenever I find any overwhelming emotions in the form of anger or hurt, I find saying the switch words, “TOGETHER BOW CONCEDE ADJUST FORGIVE PRAISE THANKS” very useful.

If I simply look at the feeling and say those words, the emotions simply vanish away.

Naran

Look at the emotions and say, “I release that part of my mind that is angry. I activate that part of mind that forgives”.

Another example is, “I release that part of me that vomits. I activate that part of mind that stops vomiting”.

You can also do this with whomever you are having problems.

For example, “I release the part which is resisting being harmonious with. I activate the part that brings in harmony, peace and love with so and so”.

This way you can do for any aspect of life. The reason it works is, we have several parts operating– each part taking us in a different direction.

The moment we become aware of it, the healing happens faster.

After employing the technique for a while, one thing I notice however is a sense of fear.

When one skin (emotion) is peeled off, another skin (another emotion) appears. Affirm, “I align the fearing mind with my fearless consciousness”.

Blissful Office Atmosphere

Some of my colleagues are not talking to me without any reason. Some colleagues talk to me very rudely.

Work distribution is on partial basis. My seat is overburdened than other seats. Sometimes I feel politics all around.

Money got stuck at many places

I have given the ABUNDANCE CD to my father who is facing many financial problems. He is listening to it 2-3 times in a day (without head phone), since 3 months.

But, he is not getting any positive results. Why CD is not working for him?

My father is into business of ready-made garment’s manufacturing. His money got stuck at many places, in business as well as in property. He is not getting orders.

If he gets some order, some problems come in between and make it very difficult to complete that order. If somehow he is able to complete and deliver, he doesn’t get payment.

One small manufacturing unit (building of which is taken on rent) is sealed by court, because of some issues between its land-lord and court.

Money out-flow is much more than money in-flow. Other family members who are with him in business are not happy with him. He is working hard but not able to manage things.

Also, he is not very clear in his communications to anyone.

Scared to apply for a divorce

Cannot escape cleaning

My house owner is having rooster, hen as pet birds. The problem I am facing is it is doing dirty works in my portion. I am from an orthodox Brahmin family. For some particular reasons I am staying there.

Hearing rooster, hen’s voice is not problem for me because I am a devotee of lord Muruga. But I am getting irritated for the dirty works done by it in my portion.

Pray to Rooster itself.

Don’t think it is dirty.

You are given the work of cleaning the toilet of Rooster by Lord Muruga. Cleaning the dirtiness of the rooster is the service to Lord Muruga. Think like this and do it daily.

Facing lots of hurdles to get what I want

I am writing this message with lots of depression and tears.

I got an admission into PhD more than 2 years before…yet I haven’t started my research work.

I am fFacing lots of hurdles at my lab and with my teachers and colleagues. I’m a very sincere student from childhood.

But, now I became very useless as no one is allowing me to carry out my work at my lab.

Applied for many scholarships but nothing worked out. People who are of less knowledge, skills and liberal at work are getting selected for stipends.

Even at my home also no one is listening to others so lots of disputes are arising everyday among all family members.

All these issues at home and college are making me more depressive. Even I’m trying for suicide also though I am against to it.
