Give the Bach Flower Remedy CHICORY, as greediness is expressed through food. Add it with ROCK WATER and CHERRY PLUM.

WALNUT should be taken separately.

Explanation

Rock Water is prescribed for thinking, “I want to be strict with myself. I want to be self-disciplined”.

Cherry plum is for temptation and Chicory to come out of self-gratification (compensatory behavior).

Cherry Plum is added as they will feel, “I want to control my craving”.

Rock Water and Cherry plum go together, because if somebody says, “I want to control”, then they will lose their control”. 

Walnut is given to form a habit of eating properly.

  • They try to attract others attention: for example, infants attract attention by crying when you leave them alone or we try to impress others sometimes by flattery.

  • Their possessive nature can make the opposite person as a Centaury. Please note here, fear of rejection indicates a Centaury, while the person who instils a fear of rejection on others is Chicory.

Solution to get back money given to others

I run a naturopath in UK. Could you please advise me about Bach flower remedy for getting the money back, which we had given to others.

  1. Take CENTAURY, CHICORY, ROCK WATER and CHESTNUT BUD, 3 pills each three times a day.
  2. Take MUSTARD + AVENTURINE separately one dose in the morning and one dose in the night.

Explanation

When the other person says, “I will give the money tomorrow or later”, he is not in a position to resist him and say anything against what he says. He cannot antagonize him at any point of time. Such a person needs CENTAURY.

Now you wanted the money back (CHICORY). They dodge paying you (CHESTNUT BUD). The opposite person to such a person will be a ROCK WATER person.

To find a solution to this problem: MUSTARD.

Letting GO is the Nature of LIFE

Naran

When you look at the whole world you will understand we only are holding on to mind.

What is the opposite of letting go? “Holding on to” is the opposite word. Holding will restrict us. Letting go expands us.

By letting go you are discharging from yourself what is not required by you, like Water putting out the Fire. Body and Nature Follows this rule 100%.

Watch the body. What it does?

Whatever is inhaled, lungs have to exhale out. Lungs cannot keep the air even for one second.

Heart – what does it do? It takes in blood and sends it out immediately. Blood enters the heart through Auricles and let out through Ventricles.

Whatever you take in, has to be let it out. It is the natural process of the body.

Lungs contract to let go, kidneys contract to let go urine, intestines peristaltically (downward movement) contract to let go the faeces and skin lets go by sweat.

The mouth lets go whatever you eat to the stomach. Stomach lets it go to the intestine. Intestine and kidneys let go as excretion.

Morning lets go to the noon, the noon lets go and becomes afternoon. Afternoon lets go and become the evening, and then evening to night. Each and every second gives way to the next.

Let go before taking the action. Then let go the emotions and thoughts attached to results.

Ask the questions:

  • What do you expect to achieve?
  • What is the driver desire or wanting behind each emotion and thought?
  • Wanting to control or change?
  • Wanting appreciation, recognition? (Desire for Approval)
  • Wanting more security? (fearful)

With this technique, you are not prevented from doing anything. Let go emotions as well as thoughts, and then Act.

I have separated from my husband but we are now friends with benefits now and it hurt me. What can I do? Shall I go on?

Heal Your Heart Chakra

Our life is ruled by three chakras – Basic, Hara and Solar Plexus Chakras.

Yet, beyond them, we manage to express our love. We get close to people. We offer our thanks to all. All that because of one chakra and that is the Heart Chakra.

Heart Chakra is the fourth in line. It’s closer to Solar Plexus Chakra. On the chest, from breast draw a line. That’s the point where Heart Chakra is situated.

It is responsible for creation of heart and blood circulation.

It’s the reservoir of love. This chakra is reflected when we experience joy and enthusiasm with our friends and relatives.

If love is there, hate will be there too. If hate is filled in a place, then it’s a hell. Love is heaven and it increases our prana.

Heart chakra is mentally connected with love.

When you desire to make profits out of relationships (or anything for that matter with selfish intentions), we lose energy in this chakra.

If there is a relationship without a love, then it’s of no use, says the Heart Chakra.

We love our children and parents. We love somebody and hate somebody.

Hatred and sadness decreases energy and then we feel we can’t love anybody. We fight at office. When we come home, we should show love. Instead we fight.

If there is less energy in heart, we feel there is no love in life. We feel sad and think that nobody is there for us. With Heart Chakra, we need to love. Otherwise, we will deplete it!

Even if nobody loves you, love god, yourself, others and the world is the message from Reiki. If we GO for love, then the energy level of Heart Chakra expands and balances it.

When we get imbalanced due to Basic, Hara and Solar Plexus Chakras, then the energy level in those chakras shrink. But in the case of Heart Chakra, it’s never gets overfull. It can expand to any level.

If one hears only sound of pigeons and not see the pigeons it is the call of the ancestors and he has to think of his ancestors and feed somebody.
